Aesthetics and Politics

The aim of the workshop is to develop a knowledge of the role of aesthetics, broadly conceived, as a vehicle for exploring the nature of the human condition both socially and politically. The panel would welcome papers covering theoretical approaches to diverse art forms, from novels, films, plays, to visual arts, etc.
